Dear Friends of WickedBall:

WickedBall is now closed to the public until April 1st, 2020. Current reservations are allowed unless otherwise mandated to shut doors. We will allow reservations with a minimum purchase of $100 to attend with advanced notice for your group only, honoring 10% off. Please note, there may be times when we will adjust our operations as conditions evolve.

Thank you for supporting WickedBall, a small family-owned business.

The health and safety of the community we serve, our guests and our team members are of utmost importance to us. With the growing concern about COVID-19, we wanted to share with you our usual routines and high standards, as well as the additional steps we have taken to further prevent the spread of illness.

Cleanliness: We always strive to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. We have increased the frequency of disinfecting the all gaming equipment, door handles, and every counter surface of the facility. Gaming equipment is cleaned after each group and walk-in visit, as well as every hour during hours of operation.

Hand-Washing: Our employees are required to regularly wash their hands, and must wash their hands at the start of their shift, after contact with each group/walk-in, after direct contact with another individual, after using the restroom or handling garbage, after handling cash, cleaning, beginning a new task and so on.

Prevention: To further prevent illness, effective immediately, we have added hand sanitizing stations outside each field. We kindly ask that all guests utilize these stations upon entering and after exiting each field.

Employee Health: Employees are required to follow CDC recommended actions including staying home if they feel sick. In the scenario an employee is feeling ill, they are to return to work once they are symptom free for at least 72 hours, as well as provide the necessary documentation that states that they are safe to return to work.

We will continue to follow updates and recommendations suggested by the CDC, Department of Public Health, and World Health Organization to ensure a safe environment for our guests and employees alike.

Thank You,
