Mobile Event FAQ
Do you just drop off the equipment?
Never. Every mobile booking is fully staffed — our crew runs each activity, manages rotations and safety, and keeps the energy up the whole time. You don't supervise anything.
How early do you arrive?
We show up 30–60 minutes before your start time to set everything up. That means your booked window is 100% play time — setup doesn't eat into it.
How many guests can play?
Unlimited while we're on site — there are no per-head fees. For most activities we run about 8–10 players at a time and rotate every few minutes so the whole crowd gets in.
Do we need power or a lot of space?
Some activities (like inflatables and the mechanical bull) need power and room. If there's no power on site, just add a generator for $150. When we confirm your booking we'll make sure your space fits what you picked.
How far do you travel, and what does it cost?
We cover all of Chicagoland. Travel is a flat $4 per mile measured from our Lombard facility — simple and transparent, no surprise fees.
Can we combine multiple activities?
Absolutely — combos are the most popular way to book, and schools get a special discount on combo events. Tell us what you want and we'll build the lineup.
What holds our date?
A deposit reserves your date on the calendar. We'll send the details when we confirm availability for your day.
Do you work with schools and park districts?
