These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wickedballchicago.com (the “Site”) and your booking of events and services with WickedBall Chicago (“WickedBall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 106 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL 60148. By using the Site or booking an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or book with us.

1. Our services

WickedBall provides private party, birthday, corporate, school, park-district, and mobile event services, including activities such as bubble soccer, laser tag, archery tag, gel blasters, mechanical bull, inflatables, arcade and related games, on-site at our Lombard arena or at off-site/mobile locations. Activities, packages, hours, and pricing may change at any time.

2. Bookings & quotes

Requesting a quote or availability is free and does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed only when we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. Quoted pricing is an estimate based on the information you provide; final pricing depends on package, time block, guest count, add-ons, date, and any applicable discounts (such as weekday specials). You are responsible for providing accurate event details, including guest count.

3. Deposits & payment

• A $100 deposit is required to hold All-Access and Deluxe party dates; a 25% deposit is required for VIP/Private and full-buyout events.
• Deposits are applied to your final balance.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the event date, per your confirmation.
• Additional guests beyond your package, add-ons, bar service, and food orders are billed as incurred.
• For corporate, school, park-district, and nonprofit clients, invoicing, W-9s, COIs, and PO billing are available on request.

4. Cancellations & reschedules

Because we reserve staff, space, and equipment for your event, the following applies (please confirm/edit to your actual policy):

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• You may request to reschedule to another available date if you contact us at least 7 days before your event; deposits may be transferred to the rescheduled date at our discretion.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit and any prepaid amounts.
• If WickedBall must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit.

5. Waivers, conduct & safety

All participants (or a parent/legal guardian for minors under 18) must sign our liability waiver before participating. You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. We may refuse service to, or remove, anyone who is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or who violates our rules, without refund. Participants must be physically able to take part in chosen activities.

6. Food & alcohol

You may bring your own food and cake, or order from our food partner. Alcohol service is for adults 21 and over with valid ID; outside alcohol is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion and to require proof of age. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

7. Photography & media

WickedBall may photograph and record events for safety and promotional purposes. By participating, you and your guests grant WickedBall the right to use images, video, and likeness captured at our venue or events for advertising and marketing, consistent with our waiver. If you prefer not to be photographed, let your host know.

8. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

Our activities involve inherent physical risks. By participating you acknowledge and assume those risks, as detailed in our waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, WickedBall and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Site or an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Communications & SMS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive booking-related and, where you opt in, marketing messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP; service messages about an active booking may still be sent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the WickedBall name, logo, text, graphics, and images — are owned by or licensed to WickedBall and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

We use third-party tools for bookings, quotes, waivers, payments, food orders, and reviews. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Site or booking with us after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Site, or your event will be resolved as set out in our waiver, including binding arbitration in Illinois and a waiver of jury trial and class actions, to the extent permitted by law.
