This Privacy Policy explains how WickedBall Chicago (“WickedBall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 106 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL 60148, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit wickedballchicago.com (the “Site”), contact us, request a quote, book an event, sign a waiver, or interact with our ads. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a quote or contact form, book an event, sign a waiver, or order food, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event type, group size, event date, mailing address, and any details you choose to share. Waivers may also collect a date of birth and signature, and information about a minor when submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from advertising and analytics partners (such as Google and Meta), our booking and CRM tools, and from Google when you leave a review, to help us measure and improve our marketing and service.

2. How we use your information

• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and book and run your event;
• Process deposits, payments, food orders, and waivers;
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service messages (including SMS where you've provided your number and consented);
• Send marketing and promotional offers (you can opt out anytime);
• Measure, optimize, and target our advertising, including remarketing;
• Analyze Site traffic and improve our content and offerings;
• Maintain safety and security and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and deliver and measure advertising. Some cookies are set by us and some by third-party vendors (including Google and Meta). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

4. Advertising & analytics

We use third-party advertising and analytics services to promote WickedBall and measure results. These include Google Ads, Google Analytics, the Google tag, and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API.

• We use remarketing to show ads to people who have previously visited our Site. This means you may see our ads on other websites, apps, and on Google and Meta platforms after leaving our Site.
• Third-party vendors, including Google and Meta, show our ads on sites across the internet.
• These vendors, including Google and Meta, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to our Site.
• We may use website and lead-form data to build advertising audiences (such as Custom Audiences) and to measure conversions.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• Service providers that operate our forms, CRM, bookings, waivers, payments, food orders, and reviews (for example, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Bookeo, WaiverForever, Square/Billy Bricks, and Trustindex), who may process data on our behalf;
• Advertising and analytics partners (Google and Meta) as described in Section 4;
• Legal and safety — to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of WickedBall, our guests, or others;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Some sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws; see Section 7 for your choices.

6. Children's privacy

Our Site and advertising are directed to adults — parents, guardians, and event organizers — not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, and we do not target advertising to children under 13. When information about a minor is provided (for example, on a waiver or party booking), it is submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices & rights

• Marketing: opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, or reply STOP to marketing texts. Service messages about a booking may still be sent.
• Targeted advertising: use the opt-out tools in Section 4.
• Access, correction & deletion: depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of your information. To make a request, contact us using Section 12.
• Do Not Track: some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or safety obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services (such as our booking, waiver, and food-order partners). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review those policies.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
